CM Presented Supplementary Budget

Bhubaneswar:26/11/2024-Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi  presented  Supplementary Budget of rupees  12,156 crore for  2024-25 Financial Year in the  Assembly on 26th November 2024. He told that  the funds allocated in the Supplementary Budget would meet the expenditure for completion of ongoing projects and centrally sponsored schemes.  Rs 125 crore is provided  for  Pravasi Bharatiya Divas in Bhubaneswar, and Rs 92 crore  for the ‘Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan’ in the Supplementary Budget. Rs 299 crore for  Central forces to tackle the Maoist menace and Rs 51 crore for installation of CCTV  in police stations and outposts of the state, for health care 644 crores provided for  Gopabandhu Jana Arogya yojana, 5 crorer for Medical College and Hospitals and 10 crore for Health awarness, education and Information communication.
